sauna are located in both the men's and women's locker rooms.
Taking a sauna induces relaxation and promotes sweating.
Sauna's are believed to help remove "toxins" from the body.
It is also believed that exposure of the skin to heat stimulates
the production of white blood cells and strengthens the immune
system.
The main thing to remember is to enjoy the process. Do not
push your body beyond it's comfort levels. The point is
not to "sweat it out" the longest, but to allow your mind and
body to luxuriate in this health enhancing experience.
