Welcome to the health club that's like no other in the region.
Where you can work out with the latest equipment, and do it in a place that's so comfortable, you may even forget you're working out.
Where you don't have to be in shape to come and work out. But you may just be when you leave.
On this site, you'll get a glimpse of all that you'll find at the club. But honestly, we're better in person. And, well, we're nicer in person, too. So, please give us a call for a tour and membership materials. We look forward to welcoming you.
DETOUR AGAIN!
Those of you trying to find us coming East on Route 30 Ardmore Boulevard will need to take the following detour:
- Pass the East Pittsburgh ramp (closed) & follow Route 30 to the next stop light.
- Turn Right onto Center St. (Sunoco Station at corner).
- Make immediate left onto Grandview
- Another immediate left onto Bessemer; bear left onto Linden Ave.
- Follow Linden Ave. to the first cross street &turn right onto Cable Ave.
- Follow Cable Ave. straight through intersection and into Keystone Commons.
- PARK by turning left at the end of the first building on the left; UP the RAMP to the top and park at the far end away from the up ramp.
